For the past month, I've been consistently been doing this yoga session and has helped increase my range of motion at the core level as well as decrease my Ankylosing Spondylitis pain on my lower back.
It's about thirteen minutes long.
The key is being consistent in doing this session at least three to four times a week – better yet if you do it in the morning after waking up to get rid of some stiffness or after a long day at work.
❤️ Tip of the month
Go for daily walks in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Take a break from whatever you are doing. These walks could be anywhere between 15-30 minutes.
Start slow and short, then increase your pace and distance at your own pace.
